Vision/Mission/Objectives

Vision :

       To be a leading university of the country by providing education, research, and academic services for the production of graduates and the development of teachers, in order to drive sustainable local development

Mission:

1. Develop local areas according to Section 8 of Rajabhat University Act B.E. 2547.
2. Produce graduates and develop teachers to become people with both knowledge and morality, as well as skills of the 21st Century.
3. Build cooperation network for the management of public and private education, both in Thailand and other countries.
4. Integrate teaching and learning activities with research and academic services in order to create and apply bodies of knowledge.
5. Develop management system to make it more suitable with changes based on good governance.
   

The objectives of Phranakhon Rajabhat University are as follows:

1. Integrated teaching and learning with research and development to provide graduates with international standard quality, wisdom, professional skills and ethic that meet the needs of local and society in the knowledge and intellectual base economy.
2. Provide a student-centered learning style with variety and flexibility as well as self-study and life-time learning education, both formal and informal, to everyone equally.
3. Focus on research and development and innovation which will sustain and strengthen the small industrial communities and locals.
4. Provide quality academic services and transfer technology to the community and society as well as acting as a center of information on religious, arts and culture.
5. Improve and develop an educational management system as well as resources sharing through management by results in order to become a top class university.
6. Strengthen the networking in academic and research to achieve international standard.
7. Strengthen Thainess and Sufficiency Economy philosophy as well as establishing knowledge sharing between community and local.
